For bigger bows, just repeat the first step and add a few extra loops of ribbon right before securing the loops with the wire. You can create so many variations of great bows with this simple understanding of securing a loop with wire.
Your list of supplies is simple:
A great pair of Scissors– I label mine “Fabric” and only use them for ribbon and fabric to keep them in good shape and sharp. This label, however, never seems to stop my little ones from finding these and using them to cut anything but fabric and ribbons. Lol! Get you a great pair like THESE!
Ribbon– Any ribbon will do…For decorating and wrapping fancy, boxed gifts a wired edge ribbon really helps to get a good looking bow.
Floral Wire or Similar– The wire helps the bow have extra structure and allows you to fluff it and attach it easily.
I hope this little video will inspire you grace lots of goodies and packages with extravagant bows this holiday season!
