What drinks will you be serving to your guests Thanksgiving morning? It’s fun to have a little something special to offer your guests on a holiday. The bubbly beverage is just the thing!
For a simple and refreshing cocktail, make your guests an Apple Cider Mimosa. You will only need two ingredients! A good champagne or prosecco and apple cider. Trader Joes has a fantastic Honey Crisp apple cider. It is perfect for this cocktail. Chill both bottles in the fridge so they will be prepped and ready for your guests.
For an even more unique presentation, cut an apple into thin slices and halve them. Let them soak in Sprite to prevent them from browning. You can leave the apple slices soaking for a few minutes, up to one day in the fridge.
I poured the Trader Joes apple cider into a glass vessel. It makes for a beautiful presentation for the first pour as guests arrive. It is also perfect to leave out to allow guests to help themselves to a second mimosa. When guests come out of their guest room or arrive for Thanksgiving, you’ll be ready to offer them a drink fit for the holiday.
