Fire Roasted Yellow & Red Pepper Appetizer

A delicious precursor to any meal. A little bit of kick and creamy all wrapped up in a toasty warm piece of bread or crispy boat of lettuce.
- Trader Joes Fire Roasted Yellow & Red Peppers
- Feta Cheese
- Truffle Salt
- Garlic and Herbs Alouette
- Baguette or Crispy Romaine/Endive Lettuce
- Baguette Toast
- Slice baguette into 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces. Lightly toast the baguette in the oven (Optional: spread a little butter on each piece of bread before toasting it to add a little bit of richness of flavor). After toasting spread a small amount of Alouette on each piece of baguette. Chop several roasted peppers and top each piece of baguette with red peppers. Add a 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of feta cheese. Last, sprinkle a small amount of truffle salt. Enjoy!

- Choose a sturdy lettuce like Romaine or Endive for a healthy or gluten free option for your guests. After washing, spread a small amount of Alouette on each piece of lettuce.
